Simple and fair 7-day refunds.

We support a 7-day refund policy for eligible third-party payment purchases of TopFree VPN.

App Store subscriptions are not refunded by us.

1. Refund Window

Customers who purchased through eligible third-party payment channels may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

2. Eligibility

Our 7-day refund policy applies only to eligible purchases made through third-party payment channels that we directly support for refunds. It does not apply to App Store subscriptions or in-app purchases.

3. Purchases Through the App Store

If your subscription or purchase was made through Apple's App Store, we do not process or approve refunds. Any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple account or purchase history, and will be subject to Apple's own policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

For eligible third-party payment purchases, submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase using the payment channel or support process provided for that order. If a direct support contact is added later, that information can also be listed here.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

App Store subscriptions and App Store in-app purchases are not covered by this policy. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period for eligible third-party payment purchases may also not be approved.

6. Processing Time

For approved third-party payment refunds, processing time depends on the billing system and payment provider used for that order.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
